The challenge in metal working is variety. End Forming, Chamfering and Deburring
Good fabrication is about more than the bend. When a part needs its end reshaped — reduced, expanded, flared or beaded — the Vulcan End Forming handles it, including the specific die design square tube needs to stop the section deforming. Ends that need a clean chamfer for welding run through the Bora B2 or Bora B1 chamfering machines, and the Yalın deburring machines clean cut ends before the next operation. Together these let a shop process tube from bend to finished part in-house.
